Board of Directors Meeting Minutes

12/13/2005

The regularly scheduled meeting of the Brazos Mutual Domestic Water Consumers Association, Inc., was called to order by President Tom McWilliams at the Cooperage Restaurant immediately following the Christmas dinner at 8:25 p.m.

Members Present: Tom McWilliams, John Cudek, Kevin Chafins and Ray Leverich.

Members Absent: John Hoffman, Ron Stafford, David Sainz, Bob Diefenbaugh and Mike Valdez.

There were not enough members present to form a quorum. Ray Leverich moved to continue as a “meeting of the whole”. Kevin Chafins seconded. Motion carried and meeting continued.

Kevin Chafins moved to suspend the reading of the November 2005 Minutes and Treasurer’s Report as well as any other activities until the January 10, 2006 meeting. Ray Leverich seconded. Motion carried.

There being no further business Kevin Chafins moved to adjourn at 8:27 p.m.

The January 10^th meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. in Albuquerque at the home of Bob Diefenbaugh.
